Ingredients: 1/3 cup Unsweetened Soy Yoghurt (mixed with a little Dijon mustard); 1 tsp Dijon Mustard; 1 tsp Lemon Juice; 1 tsp Capers (chopped); 1/4 tsp Turmeric; Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste); 198 grams Tofu (firm, cut into 1-inch cubes); 1 head Butter Lettuce (peeled apart into leaves and washed)
