Ingredients: 2 Potatoes (medium, peeled and cut into large cubes); 1/2 cup Dry Green Lentils (rinsed well); 2 1/2 Garlic Cloves (smashed, divided); 1 1/2 tsp Curry Powder; 1/2 tsp Sea Salt; 1/3 cup Unsweetened Soy Yoghurt; 2 tsp Lemon Juice; 3 Homemade Wraps (Red Lentil, Buckwheat or Flax Wraps; see notes); 3 cups Baby Spinach
