10-Minute Gentle Rebounder for Beginners: follow-along exercise video

10-Minute Gentle Rebounder for Beginners

A physical therapist guides you through safe, gentle bouncing, with lymph health in mind.

Gentle bouncing on a mini trampoline is low impact on your joints and wonderful for your lymph, balance and bone strength. It’s also just plain fun.

Time: 10 minutes
You’ll need: A sturdy mini trampoline (rebounder), ideally with a stability bar, supportive shoes or bare feet, and water.

Start slowly with small, gentle bounces and keep your feet close to the mat. Use a stability bar if your balance isn’t great. Check with your doctor first if you have pelvic floor concerns, osteoporosis, a heart condition, are pregnant or recently had surgery.
