Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups Chickpeas (cooked, rinsed and pat dry); 2 Red Capsicum (medium, chopped); 1 1/2 tsp Taco Seasoning; 1 1/2 tbsp Tamari; 5 cups Baby Spinach; 4 Homemade Wraps (Red Lentil, Buckwheat or Flax Wraps; see notes); 1/3 cup Unsweetened Soy Yoghurt

Made with chickpeas, red capsicum and taco seasoning.
