Lymphatic Flow for Mobility and Stretching: follow-along exercise video

Lymphatic Flow for Mobility and Stretching

Gentle lymphatic movements combined with stretching to ease stiffness and improve mobility.

Your lymphatic system has no pump of its own. It relies on movement and deep breathing to clear waste, so gentle, rhythmic exercise is one of the best things you can do for it.

Time: 15 minutes
You’ll need: Comfy clothes, a glass of water, and a mat, bed or chair depending on the routine.

Go gently and drink plenty of water afterwards. If you have lymphoedema, a heart or kidney condition, a current infection or a blood clot, check with your doctor or lymphoedema therapist first.
